		<description>Good comments agree with some, but as a professional marketer now you probably should take the other side?  How do you try and stand out in the crowded market?  A video resume is a perfect way and theres nothing illegal about it.  To your comment you will be judged on how well it is made...totally agree.  In general people who watch any video on line want the same user experience as they would have while watching regular TV. Also today a video resume should never replace the written resume...but it will happen and its becoming more and more common according to HR.
