It seems like the perception of a personal brand is a lot like trying to be popular in high school - people get worried that even the slightest misstep could lead to everything going wrong.  And getting an outsider&#039;s perspective is always a good idea to see what your reputation is really like.

		<description>Reputation is a funny thing. I often think that reputation isn&#039;t clear there&#039;s 1) the way we think we are, and our reputable-ness 2) the influence we have on the community and industry as they see us reputable or not.

It&#039;s interesting to see the way people think of you it could be better than you thought or maybe, you&#039;re not so right about what people think of you. 

Bottom line, you&#039;re right, don&#039;t sweat how reputable you are. That will come as you build and grow as an individual and within your team(s).</description>
